Paul the Octopus

Ten Alps Vision’s ‘Paul the Octopus’ film broadcast across global networks Love him or hate him, the now infamous ‘Paul the Octopus’ is backing England’s 2018 World Cup Bid. Ten Alps Vision’s production unit in Newcastle were behind the latest video featuring the psychic cephalopod for the England World Cup Bid team at his home in a tank at a Sea Life Centre in Oberhausen, Germany, where naturally he appeared to predict that the World Cup be hosted in England for the first time since 1966. The latest in a series of video projects delivered for the campaign by Ten Alps Vision, this one caught the imagination of several leading news broadcasters across the globe including the BBC and CNN. Ten Alps Vision continues to work with leading brands on a national and international level with its corporate media production services which now include digital media, 3D and virtual environments.

The future of bread packaging

Ten Alps Vision have created, produced and delivered an integrated DM campaign to promote Ahlstrom's Cristal Evolution™ – a transparent, directly printable and recyclable paper for bread packing applications, such as baguettes, bloomers, loaves and many other bakery products. The campaign involved emailers, trade advertising and print.

Meet the Organs

Ten Alps Vision, in association with Back 2 Front Animation, have just produced the first two short animations in a series of virals for Vielife called Meet The Organs. Launched on the Vielife website, the 3D animations feature the 'Heart' as a mafiosa don style character and the 'Colon' as a young woman after a night on the tiles.

Ten Alps Vision’s sister company, Below The Radar has scooped a prestigious media award for its hyper-local news platform “Fermanagh.tv”. Ten Alps Vision were heavily in involved with the design, development and marketing of the platform online and we are delighted at the success.

Seeing the wood for the trees on diversity

Our latest project for the Forestry Commission is a publication and series of posters on diversity. Aimed at conveying the organisation's stance on social inclusion to staff, potential employees, stakeholders and visitors, the work shows how people can enjoy visiting and working within Britain's woodlands regardless of their circumstances or background. The bilingual publication carries Welsh as well as English copy.

Roses success with Carronvale

We were delighted to win a silver trophy in this year's Roses - the pre-eminent creative award event for UK agencies outside of London. Our silver, in the Press Campaign category, was for a quirky, irreverent campaign of three ads for Carronvale Homes, and faced stiff competition from agencies in Leeds and Manchester.
